Karina's Story
My story is like many so many, education was not important until I got my first job and decided I did not want to work retail all my life so I got my GED, went to college and became a landscape designer. I have a small crew and love what I do.
I married and divorced my first husband of 13 years and had no kids. In the same time frame, I found out I had cancer and survived that, then met a man, fell in love and got married again. I have a great marriage and now have a step daughter that came to live with us at age 11. Jackie is a great joy to me. She finished college and landed a great job and now lives in her own home. ill and I have been married for for 12 years.
When I met Gill he lived on his 47' boat in Marina Del Rey and I lived in my home in Chino Hills. We still enjoy the boat, but have moved to a larger home that has room for all including Gill's father who passed in 2003 and my mother, and very ill younger brother Kory.
Gill works very hard as senior loan officer and does very well for himself. Any spare time is spent with the family as he says family comes first and is forever!
This year I have spent my spring and most of the summer on a big project in Florida. Yes it was very humid and hot, and I am very happy to be home.
